Hello, so I have the regular/original silver blue yeti. This is definitely a make shift type of boom arm. I couldn’t even screw the screw into the yeti cause it didn’t fit. And they have you put compression tape around the screw to make it bigger to fit it lol. The pop filter can’t hold its weight what so ever. You have to tape it to the stand to make it stay. I just took it off completely cause it was a real burden. The arm holds the weight of the yeti though which is the only thing that came out how I was expecting. It is also twice as small as I was expecting. So right now my blue yeti can’t even screw in completely, if I twist it a tiny bit the entire mic with detach from the screw mount. It’s just really really make shift it seems like. Kind of lame, but you get what you pay for I guess. $25 after tax I thought wasn’t too cheap, being that $20 more you can get one that can actually screw into the mic lol.
