I've ridden and owned 3 different e-bikes over the last year and honestly, this is the worst. First and foremost, this power of this motor is vastly overrated and misrepresented. My 500w bike will blow doors on this. It barely pushes my 190 lb body up a mild incline and the acceleration is modest. Point blank, this is not true 750w. Second, the parts used on this bike are junk. Period. The detailer and chain are bottom barrel and fall off constantly. Shifting is clunky and malfunctions. Things rub and make noise where they shouldn't. Third, the overall geometry of this bike is very awkward. Bad design. For the record, I'm 6'1" and I can barely touch the ground with the seat all the way down. This thing is huge. Overall, you're best to avoid this VERY overpriced bike. We've returned both.
