This product did not work as I'd hoped. After applying it my dog began scratching the area and seemed miserable. I figured it was because it felt wet to him and didn't think much about it. After 2 days of occasional scratching i thought he was getting better. The following morning I noticed a patch of matted dried-on drainage from the application site. I bathed him with Dawn to get off the residue and shaved him so I could apply Neosporin at my veterinarians suggestion. After 3 more days he finally seems to be healing and feeling better. My dog was obviously sensitive to something in the formula. I have used other brands without any issues.
