This is a great product. I make a lot of recipes for which I need flattened chicken breasts. Using this, it is easy to quickly get the chicken a uniform thickness, ready for the recipe. Also, I have small hands and arthritis, and I find this tool easy for me to use, and believe me, that is not always the case with kitchen tools.
