The connection between the casters and their sockets at the plastic base of the shredder are so poorly and minimally designed that the plastic around the socket has cracked, and my new shredder, which is otherwise fine, is now very irritatingly difficult to move, even on my smooth floor. The shredder head is so heavy that the plastic base near the fractured socket may have given way under its weight. I think that for such an expensive item that there should be a guaranteed return on a faulty product.
