Phone failed after 13 months. Panasonic says buy another phone at full price. Why would I do that?
Do not buy this product. The base unit failed after 13 months of light use -- various buttons ceased to function, including the the numbers 1, 2 and 3. I called Panasonic and they said that the 12 month warranty had expired and offered no options except to buy another phone at full price. I tried online chat, with the same result -- no support for their defective product. I will not be buying any more Panasonic products.
