My glass globe didn't break.....here's why....
Ok, after reading so reviews about this gum ball machine's glass globe breaking, I was leery to purchase. But after examining how it's built, I decided to buy. Here's why.
To refill the machine, you have to loosen the screw on top to remove the hat. After refilling the globe and replacing the hat, you have tighten the screw....DO NOT OVER-TIGHTEN! Or you will put too much pressure on glass causing it to break. I can almost guarantee this is what happened to the other unfortunate folks out there.
Just snug the screw down and it should last for years to come....
