Which I hate taking Medication if I know there's other ways like ...
I am type2 diabetic diagnose in December 2018 and my Ac1 was 11 and then 8.9 My doctor stated that I need to take the Metformin, Which I hate taking Medication
start taking Ceylon cinnamon since 2018 I received my new bottle today which the pill is darker in color ..which always been lighter, which reminders me of Cassie cinnamon which isn't good for ur body I tried to return not allow. so I will dispose of these n either stop n go over to a other company brand🤷
