We used our Portable Shower on two different camping trips, and loved it. However, on the third trip the receiver thread for the shower hose and head broke off when I tried to screw it in, making the shower unusable. I called Invation's Customer Support and was told to send an email to info@myivation.com, and to include pictures if possible. I did so; twice in as many weeks. I received no response either time. Needless to say, we were very disappointed since we liked the shower so much. I do not intend to spend the money to replace it, and I'm pretty disappointed in the lack of response.
