DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. In an effort to be as unbiased as possible, I will start with the POSITIVES: * Slim and sleek with cool mirror finish. * Silicone nozzles. * Directions are easy to follow, all parts are included with packaging. NEGATIVES: * Poor design: As you can see in the pictures, once the water turns on, the flow goes directly onto the tightening bolt, which loosens the entire structure. * Misleading product photo: The showerhead is 12", while the extension arm is only 11". This means you can't actually have anything hanging under the showerhead, unless you tilt it at an angle similar to what other reviewers of this product have done. This defeats the purpose of having a rain shower from above, as you now have just a regular showerhead. I wish I'd seen additional honest reviews before purchasing this product, but the included letter begging customers to only leave positive reviews explains why. Here's an actual line: "If you don't contact me and give a negative review directly, I might not be able to eat or sleep. You know, life is not easy for everyone in the world." Please use discretion when purchasing this product, you definitely get your money's worth.
