This product works! I must admit I read B. Jacobs. May 7, 2009 review before using this product. B.Jacobs said the key is putting a dab of the product on a soft cloth and rubbing AGAINST the grain (I used one of those white shoe buffers they give you at a hotel). That may seem obvious to someone who’s used a product like this but for a novice, that is NOT written in the directions and important to know. You’ll need to put a little elbow grease into it but the proof is in my before and after photos. The Before photo was fresh out of the carwash…ie that is NOT dirt….it is scratched from hitting a snowbank. The After is using the product. The product won’t work on damage that goes down to the base color but for surface scratches (even as large as the one in my photo), it works. Definitely worth the $8 I paid for it. I can’t imagine how much a body shop would have charged me. My vehicle is a lease and I figured I couldn’t go wrong for the price.
