Yes, they are Sturdy, Good Brightness and Light weight. Rated all those high because they are. However the focal point is 6 inches. So if you want to use them for detailed work you need to be cross-eyed or only use one eye. The 1.5, and 2.5 are do-able with 2 eyes at 6 inches from my face. But the 3.5 and especially the 5.5, forget about it. Must close one eye, else my eyes hurt trying to cross. I really can't recommend them. If the focal point was 12 inches, I could live with it and would have rated higher. 18 inch focal point would have been 5 stars. But a 6 inch focal point and having to close one eye only gets one star for the one eye. Can not comment on how long the battery life is cause I won't use them more then a minute or 2. And after a minute my eyes hurt.
