I purchased this console for my boyfriend, and within three days of setting it up, we started getting error codes. Then the Xbox randomly started shutting off and not turning back on. After two weeks it was basically unusable. I returned it with no problem and received the replacement a few days later. Unfortunately, we had the EXACT same issues with them next console so we returned it for a full refund. I've never had any previous issues with electronics from Amazon, so I was very surprised to have problems with these.
