I was planning to return this item because it’s really not convenient and I would have paid out of pocket for shipping and it’s not cheap! I initially thought I would be putting it underneath my bed, but it was just a hassle. The pad is heavy to be moving it a round. So I just leave it out on the floor, in my very small bedroom. Also this pad is just good only for walking or VERY, VERY LIGHT JOGGING! Would I buy it again? No. I should have just bought the most expensive one to use for running.
