I have not been this disappointed in a product in a long time. But it looks like I'll have to eat the $200 bc I'm twelve days outside the return window. I really liked this topper for the first few weeks, then later in the third week, I started feeling hip and back pain again but had been much more active so attributed it to that. When the pain didn't subside over the next week or so, I finally figured maybe it's the topper and not just my old age. Checked it this morning - it's almost comical how flat it is - more like "splat". Much more so on my husband's side which I'm guessing is bc he weighs more than I do. I hate that I'm going to have to spend another $200 to replace.
