Needs to be adjusted fo American readers
If you love cauliflower and mushrooms this is your book. I do love mushrooms but don't really know what Tipo00 flour is, HP sauce, canned lentils and some precooked multi grain. I really know all of these things but I'm going to guess a lot of people might not.
