So bought these in March, 2 weeks ago.. the handle just disconnected from the scoop. The welds gave. This particular measuring cups (1/8th) sole purpose was to scoop coffee in the morning. The welds gave way and the 1 piece became 2. I emailed M.V. Trading Company thinking perhaps there would be a way to remedy this problem for what seemed to be a fine piece of cookware, however we were instead hit with a juvenile passive-aggressive piss poor response. I've copied it below; ------------ We love the MIU France 7-Piece Stainless Steel Measuring Cup Set, however... the handles are now falling off with just everyday use. I am extremely sad to see such a fine product fail on its welding points. I can provide pictures or return them if you want.. just want a good working set. I ordered these on March 16th, pretty sure they should last more than 9 months? So the beauty really is just a sham because the welds don't hold? 9 months on a stainless steel set is past the point of replacement? Please see the attached picture and if you think that in any way that this product was misused other than to scoop coffee in the morning you are sadly mistaken. Please allow me to recite part of your product description back to you and hopefully it will sink in; -Constructed of 18/10 stainless steel that will not rust, stain, or corrode -Straight-sided cups are heavier, sturdier, and more beautiful than average measuring cups I assume that since it says nothing about the terrible quality of the welds that you are going to stick to your guns and thats fine, but I believe that your product is subpar as is the general response from your support team, albeit if quick. Well, that is fine.. please forgive me if I give these and your business a bad review as I find your response to be inadequate...but take a look at that picture.. you tell me.
