Won't Honor Their Own Warranty
It is a great product and I got three of these already. One of them started swaying no matter how many time you tightening the screws and now it is broken. All three are still within warranty period but they won't honor it. Had given them all the info they wanted including pictures and that was over a month ago. So buyer beware
