I received a damaged product. There was a crack and black blob on the screen with twitching display. I figured it was an anomaly and decided to reorder the product. The second television came even more damaged than the first. After a month of hardship and storing two broken televisions in my home I was offered a mere $75 gift card. Avoid the hassle and do not order this product. I am not sure if it was damaged in the warehouse or delivery but two out of two is a horrible statistic.
