When I first used this product I was thrilled. It took a lot longer to rinse off than is shown on TV but it was worth it. The 2nd time I used the medium sized one as I was gently rinsing it in the sink the sticky outer layer began to peel back. By the time I was finished 80% of the layer was off, so I removed it naivly thinking that there was another sticky layer beneath it. There was not. And the manufacturer wants $8.95 to honor its warantee. I don't know if this is a crummy product or I just got a faulty one but I would tell everyone to think twice before laying out your money for this product. Maybe if you buy it retail they will have a better return policy but this is definitley a case of 'buyer beware.'
