Piece of crap.
This is the first product I have had to return to Amazon, and also the first product which I felt compelled to write a review on Amazon. I got two of these things based mainly on the brand and the reviews. I thought Husqvarna was a good brand and the reviews of this thing were pretty good. Both of the mowers I had were junk. My guess is that the third would have been too had Amazon not refunded me my money. Got the first one, and rolled it out of the box. One of the back wheels was badly misaligned and the thing wouldn't roll straight at all. Immediately, I went back to Amazon and filed for a replacement. Two weeks later, and my grass much taller, I got the second mower. It rolled out of the box fine. The wheels looked good. The thing started right up and I went and cut my grass. For 6 weeks and roughly 7 or 8 mowings, the thing worked fine. On my last time ever using this piece of junk though, it died halfway through my lawn. I checked the gas and oil, both were fine. It was a hot day, I figured it may have overheated, so I gave it the rest of the night to cool off. The next day it still didn't start, I called Husqvarna "support" and was basically just given a number to an "authorized" shop that would be able to service it. The shop told me it'd be 3 weeks before they could even look at it. After calling Husqvarna again, I was given another shop's number. When I called this shop I was told they were not authorized to do the repair work on it. I called Husqvarna a third time and after telling them they'd given me two numbers that wouldn't work and expressed my frustration about the mower, I was hung up on. At this point I called back a fourth time, and after a lot of rings, (I feel like I was getting well known in the Husqvarna "support" office) was put in touch with a guy who took down all of my and the mower's information and said they would call me back within 24 hours to see what could be done about my situation. I have yet to hear back from them through email, mail, or by phone a month later. I was smart enough to call Amazon support immediately after my last call to Husqvarna "support" and explained my situation. The operator told me that they would consider the productive defective and after I had shipped it back to them, give me a full refund minus a 50 dollar restocking fee. Deal.
