Another stinker of an item from Simple Human. Using only their soap, I've gone through two of these already and they're all dead. Got warranty service for both and the replacements also died. One of them was "rusty" according to their customer service, and I was chastised for getting them wet. Yet the only time I got them wet was when cleaning out the soap in preparation for shipping, of course winding up flushing lots of soap down the drain. Are the suggesting keeping it by a sink is too "wet"? It's a soap dispenser! The list of broken Simple Human stuff has now exceeded the list of still working stuff in my house. Do yourself a favor and skip this.
