As thy say, if I could give it zero stars, I would... I'm mad as heck, because it's nothing more than a giant yellow door-stop. Bottom lines: 1. THE UNIT WON'T START! 2. False advertising - Neither the description in Amazon nor the manufacturer's own video say that you must connect the unit to a 4+' copper grounding rod buried into the ground, connected using a specific grade of copper wire and copper clamp. 3. Tech support - For all practical purposes it doesn't exist! Thus far, I've spent 90+ minutes on hold for tech support, and after 15-30 minutes each of three times, was disconnected. Still haven't spoken to a live body, nor has anyone responded to a support request sent 10-14 days ago via their website. Now my window for return expired, if there ever was one so I'm gonna sell it online and find a generator inverter that works.
