Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am 53 years old, and haven't exercised much in the last few years, and this was a great beginning for me! If you are out of shape, this is the way to go. I almost bought a much more expensive DVD set, and decided to try this because of the price, and not sure of my abilities. So glad I got this instead. Also, I am recently a non smoker, 4 months now, so that is a factor for me. If it is for you too, this is the way to go. It was a challenge for me.
