The second time I wore it, the braid began to wearl at the buckle stress-point.I have had leather braided belts for years before they began to wear like that but I have been snookered by belts that looked like leather but were not and didn't last. I purposely looked for a "leather" belt. The first line of Amazon's description reads, "100% Leather". It looked like the color I needed so I bought it. It looked/felt like leather so I packed it for a week's vacation. When it showed wear after the 2nd time I wore it I examined it more closely. Inside on the tab (that attaches the buckle) in small print it reads, "LEATHER TAB" and "MANMADE LACING". That's about 3 inches of leather to 39 inches of plastic junk. Snookered again and pissed off!
