I have lived with hip bursitis for years now, very painful and life altering (limping ,not being able to exercise) because Dr.s pay little attention to details of what a patient experiences, how, when, how often, and I started to experiment on my own noticing that there seems to be a difference in leg length after the birth of my child. Little that I knew how many women have this,after a pregnancy, regardless of age. if I walk for even half and hour without inserts, pain starts immediately, after you find your right height, no pain at all, or barely any annoyance!! they are fantastic,great adhesive (which is an issue with other inserts) super soft, I cut them easily depending of the sole I am trying to fit, and the BEST OF ALL for any woman, I can still use sandals and summer shoes (I was told from now on you have to have tennis or closed shoes to disguise the insoles or lifts needed) With everything that I lost for the last years (my ability to do an enormous amount of things I liked,from playing with my child on the floor or low chair,dancing, hiking,just walking,because of the constant pain in my hip) at least this give me a little bit of my identity back. if you are not in pain, you feel better, your mood improves and cautiously you go back to do the things you need to do and like to do. Wonderful finding! I have tried so many, but these are the best for me! Thank you.
