Based on the reviews, this product looked solid. The price seemed reasonable. When we received the package, we're happy to find that the fabric felt great against our skin and on our pillows. But that's where the good ended. After washing it once, the zippers came apart, and there was no way to connect them back. Having zippers on the pillow protectors was an important reason why we decided to purchase these items. We discovered this quality control issuet too late, and now we can't return them or request a refund. Buyer Beware!
