I wanted to like this filter, and did, until 2 months in to it our shower water began smelling like sulfur. Called the water company, who flush our line and check water quality. All good. Then the water company tech asked if we had a shower filter. Said "yes". He said that because these remove chlorine, bacteria can grow in them. I removed the Aqua Bliss filter, took it apart and looked inside. The bottom of the cartridge and housing both had growths of brown substance, which was possibly bacteria. Put old shower head, without filter, on shower head...no more smell. Just an FYI...don't know if anyone else has had this experience.
