I loved the Chi. However, 21 months after I purchased the Chi Pro G2 Digital 1" Titanium Infused Ceramic Hairstyling Iron, it stopped heating. The Chi G2 I purchased had a two year warranty. However, the warranty is VOID unless the product is purchased at a professional salon! Grrrrr! I expect more than 21 months from a straightening iron, especially given the price I paid. I thought I had purchased a quality product--apparently not so! The warranty on a product should NOT depend upon where the item was purchased.
