Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I am giving this product a 5/5 not because it is the best graphics tablet out there, but because it is exactly what I expect for the price. It is a decent size, easy to use and setup, and responsive. I read a few negative reviews causing me to hesitate on making the purchase, but decided to take the chance. Meaning no offense to the reviewers, but most of the negative feedback involved either driver issues, problems registering the product, or that the product felt 'cheap'. For those that had legitimate hardware failure, there's not much you can do, and I haven't had any experience with Wacom's support staff. As for the driver and registration issues, I experienced precisely none. Granted, I am a developer and may have more experience than some, but it was a no brainer. I personally suspect that user error had quite a bit to do with this, and in the average user's defense, it is understandable in today's world of plug-in-play easy installs. Good rule of thumb, install the driver and software BEFORE you connect the device, to prevent your OS from trying to automatically do it for you. Wacom writes it's own drivers, and they do work. As for the registration, took about 30 seconds, including making a new account. The quality is great for a fraction of the cost of the 'big boys' out there. Now if this sucker fails on me in the next few weeks, this review might change a bit, but I have high hopes. Enjoy :)
