Needs a different warranty company
Get a different one with a different warranty. These tablets are great, but the protection plan that it comes with is a hassle. 2 week turn around the FiX your tablet. I went through SquareTrade. 3 days and they REPLACE it, and it covers pretty much everything except deliberate damage.
