Arrived with seven scratches on the screen. There are also scratches on the housing, but this is not my concern. When you advertise, "This Certified Refurbished product is manufacturer refurbished it shows limited or no wear" you need to be more descriptive. Seven scratches on the screen does not classify as LIMITED wear. I mean come on, you even put a factory packaged screen protector on it for shipping, so I know the damage didn't happen in shipping. All I wanted was a replacement and that seems impossible to get. Not asking for anything out of the ordinary. Just asking for what I paid for.
