really really good product that actually works
can not say enough good things about this vitamin ( and I leave very very few 5 stars on anything!) ...it is the only one that has worked for me ...I have already turned several people onto this product ..really works well ..but i would NOT ..NOT take at night or evening unless you want to be up the rest of the night ( i take morning and afternoon) ...but i really love this product just wish this company made some other products I am looking for ....
