After trying a cheaper probiotic (NOW OralBiotic) that seemed to work well, I thought I'd try something more expensive. I'm very disappointed by these. I haven't gotten through the whole bottle, and I'm just going to throw them out. My previous probiotic had to be refrigerated, and when I used it, I could instantly tell a difference in my mouth. These don't have to be refrigerated, and I can't ANY difference when I use them. I'll be going back to the cheaper stuff.
