I want to first preface this review by saying I bought this duvet late last year thinking we were going to completely redesign our whole master bedroom. We did but not until this year and just this week. I know the window for an exchange or return has long passed but I am JUST NOW opening this today and I was horrified to find stains, scuff marks, red rusty marks that could be blood or who knows what. I included plenty of pictures to show what I mean. This duvet came in a vaccum sealed package so whoever was in charge of quality control and packing this item HAD to have noticed the stains and decided it was fine and to stuff it in a package anyway. Utterly ridiculous. I'm beyond digusted and disappointed because I was looking forward to having a whole new bedding set tonight and now I will have to purchase another duvet unless I can somehow contact the seller and somehow get a new duvet. I'm not even going to try sending this back and just throw it away instead. I don't even want to wash it, not knowing what was on it. Honestly, the black stains looks like mold but who knows. I'm pretty ticked off.
