Received sept 1,2018. Love it was great for my back. Only had to add air maybe every 3 weeks and that was just little bit to firm it up. That lasted till Jan 2,2019. Had to add air last night 4 times. No sign of the air leak. It been great till now. I should had brought a real mattress. The mattress has not been moved, nothing rubbing against anything, just stopped holding AIR.... Update: Less than a hour after I E-mailed the seller I received an E-Mail Customer Service (Patrick) stating they were shipping me a replacement mattress. Great customer service. I will update about replacement later. Update: Excellent Customer service. First contacted Customer service Late Thurs night (Jan 3, 2019) by Sun Jan 6,2019 I had a replacement. They stand by their Product, I raised my rating to FOUR stars. Will see how replacement holds up then update. Update : March 16, 2019 last night while sleeping, I was woke up by a large blast of air escaping from the mattress. A seam had torn loose, see my photo. This mattress lasted less than 3 months. I will see what their customer service has to say and then update... Update: March 16, 2019 Customer Service sending a second replacement, will update again if it last. Update: May 11, 2019.... Do not buy this mattress!!!!! Received 3rd replacement in March 2019. Replacement will no longer hold air, less 2 months no longer hold air!!!!!! They have excellent customer service, but the product is worthless, do not buy.... Update : Sept. 4, 2019 …. Fourth replacement was not longer holding air, adding air 3 to 4 times a night. Note I received my first one on Sept. 1, 2018... I had not contacted customer service about the Fourth replacement. I one year warranty was over.... They Texted Me to check if there any more issues. After relaying the above they shipped ( A Fifth REPLACEMENT ) . I wish more companies were like this with customer service. They stand behind their product 110 %!!!!!!!!! Most mattress do have a one year warranty. I know that King Koil has lost money on me, five replacements in a year. Thanks King Koil, I to say when it holds air it is the best mattress I ever slept on..... Update Oct 7, 2019 : Received the Queen Mattress Sept 6, 2019 , I liked the Queen Mattress it seem better than the California King mattress. But it started loosing air after month. Contacted customer service, no problem from them replacement on the way. Due Oct. 9, 2019. I was advised in AN e-mail that they had change the mattress material with a better one. They stand behind their product!!!! Update May 6,2020. Do not purchase. Product does not hold up. Tears form on the mattress top around the circle seams.
