Silent Paint Remover is a Fake of the Real Deal
The Silent Paint Remover is an awful & dangerous knock off of the real deal, the Swedish manufactured SpeedHeater (SH). I have stripped thousands of windows with the real SpeadHeater from [...]. I glady pay the $500+ for the only UL listed and effective infrared paint remover on the market, the SpeedHeater. I own 7 of these units and teach the artisan preservation trades as well as having 40 years as a historic property developer. Over ten years I have not had to replace a single bulb and virtually never break window glass because we lay aluminum flashings over the glass to reflect the heat away. The SpeadHeaters work very fast on paint and glazing putty with no lead paint fumes. DO NOT BUY A WORTHLESS SILENT PAINT REMOVER! I've tested all the fakes and the only one that really does the job safely is the SpeedHeater. I take nothing for free from anyone and do not receive any compensation from any company ever!
