Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

This is probably more about the failure of Amazon to deliver my subscription to my Kindle. The publisher delivers the paper issues routinely by mail but for the past TWO years Amazon shows my Kindle subscription as INACTIVE and has delivered not a single issue. Numerous emails and complaints have produced no tangible results. Color me dissatisfied with Amazon.
