The finish is nice and complements similar woodwork in our home. Arrived in decent packaging and all components were there and in good condition. However, after assembling and placing hardback books on the shelves, I found that a solid row of books makes the shelf bow! Not the quality I was expecting but I guess that is what is available at this price range. I am planning on putting support dividers between shelves. What a pain.
