Better than expected, better than the big names, but still expensive.
I’ve owned a number of stick vacuums, including the last 3 year #1 on Consumer Reports. This is the best one I’ve owned. We have stopped using every other vacuum. In fact, we started with their A11 model, gave that one to our family (along with our other vacuums), & only use this one.
Pros:
It’s great for high-density carpet, strong suction on rugs, & fantastic on hard wood/tile. The filter system is fantastic, & will make you embarrassed by the dirtiness of your home; we vacuumed with our old upright, then immediately went over the same area with this one, & the filter was full of super-fine dust particles.
Avg:
The only way I can get things clean when using any attachment (duster, angle, crevasse tool) is when I put it in max mode manually.
Cons:
I think it’s been over engineered. A handheld vacuum doesn’t need to be connected to WiFi or a smartphone. I had no choice but to buy this one for $300 more than the A11 in order to get higher suction, longer battery, & the dirt sensor. I think they should drop the WiFi & smartphone connectivity & then drop the price by $150.
Also, I paid full price for this, only for them to drop the price by $75 the next week. Couldn’t get them to give me a credit, even though I bought 2 vacuums from them within 2 weeks.
