I have been using NeilMed Sinus Rinse for years, normally I buy NeilMed Sinus Rinse - 2 Bottles - 250 Premixed Packets because it has 250 packets and 2 bottles, and change the bottles around every 3 months. For those that dont use it all the time, or in my case when needing another bottle, I buy this one here with the bottle and it comes with 50 packets. Its very simple to use, pour in the packet into the bottle. Fill it with distilled or bottled water (and I've used warm tap water for a full year as well without any issue). I open my mouth, insert the nozzle into one nostril, and breathe out through the mouth as I squeeze gently and 500 micronized nano robot surgeons go in and remove all the gunk and the water comes out the other nostril. Pretty amazing for such a low price ;) Personally I use it twice a day when I wake up and in the evening. Its better then a neti pot and really works well for allergic rhinitis issues I've found and wont burn when using the packets. Serrapeptase, a supplement, also works well for me as it thins mucus and is a anti inflammatory so no need for steroids with many side effects. I use Source Naturals brand. On a really bad day I might use levoceterizine but dont need it most of the time because of using this. Has my review been of help to you?
