When you live in the hot, hot south, any relief is a bonus. Not wanting to have to level an area, we chose this pool as it was just the right size to fit our back patio. It's much larger than we thought, and fits two adults and a teenager with plenty of room to spare. The directions stink but it still went together quickly. The pump IS a bit small, but it's quiet (make sure you drain the air from the lines first..that may be people's "noise issue"). We put "lock together" (puzzle type) waterproof foam flooring ($30 well spent), so the bottom is protected and it's comfy too!
