I am taking this product for foot cramps. For years, since a bad surgery, I have had foot problems and sometimes the foot cramps are incapacitating. It can be really inconvenient when working or doing anything, really, but I'm hoping that this supplement will be something that can help with my tense and spasming muscles. I have only been using it for about a week, so I can't speak to long term results, but I am going to keep up my twice a day. I do think it's starting to work though-- the last day or two I haven't felt that looming i'm-about-to-have-a-cramp feeling in my feet. I have attached a couple photos for size reference. I would say it's a medium-sized pill, as I have had to take several different medications in my lifetime (some two or three times as large!) Of the meds and supplements I have right now, it is second-largest, but I would say that it goes down easily. Some of the smaller ones I have don't have coating and are more difficult in comparison, so I don't see the size as an issue. I am also thrilled this is vegan-- so many products have animal products and byproducts in them, it can be difficult and/or compromising. But not this one :) I told my doctor I started taking this and he said it was a great idea.
