I bought this one to see what it can do. After I bottle was emptz I thought I will not spend again $50 for something I thought doesn’t makes a difference. After around a week I stopped taking them I had again 4-5 hot flashes at night, while I only had 1-2 while I took this product. I also woke up again very hungry in the middle of the night and was also again walking around the house all day “hunting” for food. Then I realized all this had stopped while I took Provitalize! I placed another order. I take it now again for around 10 days and my hot flashes and hunger had slowed down again! I have no weight problem, so I can’t say if it helps with weight loss or not. For me it clearly helps to decrease my symptoms.
