This was hands down my best experience and purchase from amazon. I’m buying another one for my other bed after I write this review. Idk why there are negative reviews. Just wait the 24-48 hours for it to air out and completely expand and you won’t have any issues. Yes it’s a memory FOAM topper so you have to be careful with it and don’t yank or pull on it because it will rip since it’s a heavier foam material (which is good because it feels luxurious). Just be careful getting it out of the package and LEAVE IT ALONE ON A FLAT SURFACE FOR 48 HOURS BEFORE MESSING WITH IT! It even comes with an easy to use opener to open the wrap around it without tearing it once you get it. I also really really LOVED the lavender scent! It was really strong but I didn’t mind it since some memory foam toppers smell musty. This one smelled awesome and I love it! I’m ordering my second one now! Btw the texture of it is super squishy and feels like you’re sleeping on a cloud.
