Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've seen all the reviews and that was why we decided to get this printer. I didn't realize we would have to buy labels too, which sucked, but okay. I can deal with that. I purchased the Comer Thermal labels. I also didn't realize it wasn't bluetooth, which again, is on me. By the time I got around to buying the labels and setting it up, the return window had closed and now we absolutely cannot get it to print. The software to print on it was very difficult to download. I'm hoping customer service might reach out with a solution, because right now I'm stuck with $125+ investment that I can't use at all.
