I have used Wet and Forget for several years and I am happy with the results. The packaging for this Wet and Forget is new and the concept is wonderful. Hook it to a hose and let it fly. Loved the concept. The reality is that in order to properly mix with the hose water the valve must be 100% open. You can tell if it is open sufficiently by the presence of foaming bubbles. The issue is that the on and off valve is extremely hard to move once the water flow has started. Wet hands don't have enough of a grip to turn on and off the water flow. So I put my brother in law down at the hose spigot, and whenever I had to move my ladder ( I was washing a tile roof in Florida), he shut the water off and on . Fix that issue and I would give the product 5 starts. September 21, 2019. Just added a picture of the roof I treated in December 2018. You can see that I did not clean the upper right hand corner of the roof. That was not intentional, just issues getting around the previously discussed poor on and off control. The treated section was clear within 6 weeks and has stayed clear. This was in the Ta,pa Fl area.
