The advertising for the plus is very deceptive. it does NOT have High, Medium and Low heat/sped settings. It has 3 speed settings and all 3 get blistering hot. The cool is not not cold, it is warm. The only way to safely use this is on the cool if you don;t want to damage your hair over time. I don't care what products you use, it will still damage your hair after a while. It gets super super hot on all 3 settings. There is zero need for this to get this hot. Half this hot would work fine and not damage as much
