I’ve been taking this DHA for a while and it’s almost perfect but I wish they would switch their capsule formula and take out carrageenan because of its negative affect on your intestinal lining permeability. I’ve read complaints of the taste but I strongly disagree- i didn’t even know that DHA supplements had that problem because I’ve only taken this brand and it’s been great but I have to switch because of the risk. Take out carrageenan and I’ll switch right back! I’ve read several other reviews that say something similar.
