My husband and I have been taking this for about 2 months. BOTH of our hair is becoming darker and less gray. I have been having hair thinning and hair loss issues for quite some time and my hair loss is less and less. We look at each other and comment....Your hair is definitely darker. We only take 1/4 of a tsp daily in the morning. That is what seems to work best for us. Not only has this helped reversing the gray hairs but also gives us energy. Highly recommended!
